Victorian two-arm bench
Our second take on a 19th Century Victorian-era two-arm bench, button-tufted in an antiqued burgundy leather that is Full Grain and hand rubbed in the Sauvage technique to provide both a deep soft feel and classic traditional look. We chose a more feminine look this time, curving the arms, applying contrasting copper-topped dome nails in a Chesterfield style to compliment the beautiful coppery marbling in the slender birch heartwood ‘vase’ legs. Beaded birch trim adds substance and overall eye-appeal. This comfortable bench is also unique and would work well anywhere in the house, from a foyer to the parlor in front of the fireplace, the boudoir or even at the foot of a Queen or King bed.
Bench measures 56” x 18” x 32” with a seat height of 21", and weighs approximately 30 lbs.
