Tufted Phyfe Sofa
This beautifully tufted Phyfe reproduction is a classic parlor sofa that exudes warmth and charm. Constructed in a solid poplar frame with solid hardwoods that are entirely fluted on all exposed facings and legs, it is completely refinished in rich cherry tones as soft and buttery as the olive Italian leather upholstering. The construction is of all new interior materials, crafted with 8-way hand-tied coil springs in a bench seat style, and boasts no seams front or back. The leather has been finished in the “sauvage” technique, giving it a supple hand-rubbed feel while maintaining excellent wear resistance. Brass claw feet and matching brass studs perfectly finish the styling and overall look of this sofa.
